Kids Yoga No parents, just friends! A weekly exploration of yoga, our bodies, minds and emotions through fun kids yoga classes, games and activities as well as deep relaxation and meditation to calm our bodies, minds and emotions - a great way to learn that there is fun in downtime! Kids Yoga and meditation can improve fitness and wellbeing, focus (better schoolwork!), coordination, self esteem and more... importantly it will help your child get more out of all the other things they do, and its fun too! Thursdays Term 2 Commences 19 APRIL 2012 5-8's Thursday 3.45-4.30pm A playful start to yoga and meditation. 9-12's Thursday 4.30-5.30pm A chance for older kids to develop yoga and meditation and skills for a healthy happy life. mums & daughters yoga a monthly yoga chick-bliss treat :)) A beautiful yoga class for mothers and their daughters (7-14 yrs) to share. This delightful hour of girl time includes yoga, relaxation, massage and tea together... pure girls bliss!
